Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hand-knit dolls as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your dolls in their original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
